Asgard's name comes from the fictional realm in norse mythology, which has appeared in many comic books and is best known from the movie THOR.  It is a tradition here that ALL puppies get their photo taken with the Mjölnir hammer and cape before they depart to their new families.

 

 We are located in Washington state, we do offer shipping and transportation anywhere in the USA. Our Asgard kingdom resides in N Spokane on 11 acres surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Washington state. Not only are we surrounded by mountains, we are also backed against 2 creeks and lots of woodland! Our dogs live both inside and outside in fenced areas at all times, we have spent a lot of time and have put a lot of thought into designing our home and kennel and will be posting photos as we upgrade! We also have a fully enclosed and powered AC/heated 30x40 building with individual 10x10 personal kennel spaces, concrete floor and dura-slat flooring/petgrass. In addition to that we have a huge fenced play yard where the dogs can run. In the winter we enjoy sledding on the property with the dogs and as the summer and spring bring warm weather we enjoy spending time at the lake! We are a smaller malamute breeder and although we may not have litters as often as most they sure are worth the wait! All of our dogs are AKC registered and health tested through OFA, we are one of only few breeders that do health testings, we feel it is of upmost importance to prevent the passing of genetic hip and eye problems through the gene pool.

We do not keep a large number of dogs here as we feel our numbers should stay low to ensure everyone is given the equal attention and love that they deserve. It is peaceful here with tons of wildlife, trees, blue skies and Alaskan Malamutes running their hearts content, what more could you ask for!
